If you prefer, you may place a telephone order by calling us toll free at 866.LAB.FIXT (866.522.3498). Customer Service is available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday.
Payment
We accept payments by Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Sales Tax
We are obligated by law to collect sales tax on orders that are shipped to Michigan and Indiana.
Shipping Information
All shipments will be sent by UPS and will require a street address. UPS Ground shipments should take one to seven business days to reach you from time of shipment, depending on your distance from Lansing, Michigan. If you are in a hurry, we offer UPS 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air services for an additional charge.
Currently, we ship products to customers in the United States only.
Shipping Terms
Orders are shipped FOB Lansing, MI or factory. We prepay and add all shipping and handling charges.
Back Orders
We try very hard to maintain stock on the items that we offer our customers. If something you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you and ship your request as soon as we receive it in our warehouse. Items will not be charged to your credit card until time of shipment.
You can cancel a backordered item at any time by telephone or e-mail.
Returning Merchandise
Should you have any dissatisfaction with what you receive from labfixtures.com, the item will be promptly replaced or your money refunded. You must contact labfixtures.com at 866.LAB.FIXT (866-522-3498) for return authorization and return the item within thirty (30) days of receipt, in its original condition.
