Epoxy Resin Countertops - Dimensional Information

Thicknesses

Epoxy resin tops are available in the following thicknesses:

• 1" (standard)
• 3/4"
• 1-1/4" (available, but rarely used anymore)

Sizes

Epoxy resin top and splash sizes are limited by the sheet size from which they are cut. The largest mold for creating sheets is 72" x 98". If a piece fits within these dimensions it can be fabricated in one piece.

Splash

Splash pieces are shipped loose for field application with epoxy adhesive which is supplied with the order.

Splash is typically 4" high but can be fabricated to any height. Splash thickness can either match the thickness of the tops, or 3/4" thick splash can be furnished regardless of top thickness.
